Acceptance of our Terms


By visiting the BetterLife50plus websites (also herein referred to as BetterLife50plus) , viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to BetterLife50plus, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not want to be bound by our Terms your only option is not to visit, view or otherwise use the services of BetterLife50plus. As soon as an infringement of the law becomes known to us, we will immediately remove the link in question.

LIFESTYLE CONSULTANTS LLC, its managers and employees, members of our network of experts and its principals may be invested in specific markets, organizations, companies, service providers, travel or real estate opportunities covered on the BetterLife50plus websites. LIFESTYLE CONSULTANTS LLC may also have marketing or affiliate agreements, receive service fees, commissions or other compensation from companies with products or services covered on the BetterLife50plus websites. Submitted Content


When you submit content of any kind to BetterLife50plus you simultaneously grant LIFESTYLE CONSULTANTS LLC an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to publish, display, modify, distribute and syndicate your content worldwide. You confirm and warrant us at the same time that you have the required authority to grant the above license to us. 


Termination of Agreement


The Terms of this agreement will continue to apply in perpetuity until terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. Terms that are to continue in perpetuity shall be unaffected by the termination of this agreement. 



Disclaimer



Disclaimer of Warranties


 You understand and agree that your use of BetterLife50plus websites is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided "As Is" and "As Available". LIFESTYLE CONSULTANTS LLC does not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever as to the operation of the BetterLife50plus websites, information, material, content, products or services. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.

Nothing on the BetterLife50plus websites and in any communication with BetterLife50plus (BL50plus), LIFESTYLE CONSULTANTS LLC, its managers and employees, may be construed as advice in investment, tax, legal or medical matters. Limitation of Liability


You understand and agree that LIFESTYLE CONSULTANTS LLC, its managers, employees and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special exemplary damages of any type whatsoever related to or arising from the BetterLife50plus websites or any use of these websites, or of any site or resource linked to, referenced, or accessed through these websites, or for the use or downloading of, or access to, any materials, information, products or services.

This shall include without limitation, but not be limited to individual private or business success, loss of profits, non-realized savings, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information.

The above limitation shall apply whether or not BetterLife50plus has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed the liability of BetterLife50plus is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. 

We would like to point out that data transmission via Internet (e.g., communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. Therefore it is impossible to guarantee a hundred percent security against data access by third parties. For this reason the service provider cannot be held liable for any damages arising from such security vulnerabilities.


Jurisdiction


To resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of BetterLife50plus you expressly understand and agree that any claim shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


Legal notice


Should any content and/or design of the BetterLife50plus websites violate any rights of third parties and/or legal regulations, we request a short message without any up-front fees indicating such violation. This legal notice also applies but is not limited to lawyers and so called "admonishing associations", including the compliance with regional legal regulations.

The removal of a possible copyright infringement through our websites, which concerns one or more copyright holders, can only take place with our explicit consent. In this case we guarantee that such copyright infringement, may it be text, graphics, photos and/or videos shall be removed immediately, without any requirement of a lawyer intervention. However, if a user of the BetterLife50plus websites decides to employ a lawyer without prior notice of such violation, we will fully reject any costs occurred and will submit counter-claim for violation of said provisions of this agreement accordingly.


Entire Agreement

You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material. 


Changes to the Terms


LIFESTYLE CONSULTANTS LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at her sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted. your continued use of the BetterLife50plus websites after any changes/amendments to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
